Come Undone, Jackson Water’s major label album release has debuted in the Top 40 albums for the CBA marketplace, as well as landing the #50 spot on Billboard Magazine’s Heatseeker Chart. The debut album, which streeted March 6th, has jumped from #115 to #69 on the Overall chart with its combined general market and CBA sales first week out. On the R&R radio charts, Jackson Water’s single “Give Me Amazing Grace” was #20 (AC/Indicator) as well as #29 at CHR.

Jackson Waters is also garnering media raves and making new fans every step of the way. Here’s what people are saying:

“The group has a definite uniqueness and originality which, in itself, is an achievement. But Jackson Waters also has great songs that slide comfortably across well- established genre demarcation lines- CCM Magazine “Ones To Watch” March issue

“…it shouldn’t be long before Jackson Waters is as much a part of the fabric of contemporary Christian music scene—and even beyond, as Switchfoot and Jars of Clay” – Aspiring Retail

Jesusfreakhideout.com ranked Come Undone as #21 on their Top 25 picks for hot 2007 albums as well as saying, “The band's debut Come Undone blends radio-friendly pop/rock with a southern flavor and the occasional stroke of genius to craft a debut worth taking notice of …”

“Jackson Waters is a band that started in our area, so we've known they were the ‘real deal’ for years, but this first single on Word is amazing- it sounds great on the radio and these guys are so ready for a national platform to share from. They will be big.” --Bob Thornton, KXOJ Tulsa

“Jackson Waters' Come Undone delivers what few bands do these days... A soundtrack to live life with. I can probably give you all the clichés of how Jackson Waters kills it with unbelievable guitar jangles, melodies that haunt me, a storyline drive with staying-power in my iPod ‘postmodern-rock’ playlist, and all the other discriminations that explains why I'll never be as cool as they sound and why their music makes me feel good. But - my little nephew probably described it better when he told me ‘this album rocks my face off.” --Matt Peterson, GM, Musichristian.com and SkyRoo.com

Jackson Waters’ EP Center Of Attention made waves last fall by placing in iTunes’ Christian digital album and track charts landing as a Top 10 album and Top 5 track. The title cut “Center Of Attention” garnered over 100,000 plays on their myspace page following the use in the hit TV drama, One Tree Hill, on Thanksgiving Eve 2006. The EP and track have also consistently seized Top 100 spots on the rock album and track charts. Jackson Waters has received continuous placement by iTunes on various key sites including Music Homepage, Rock Page, Alternative Page, Christian & Gospel Page, and the iTunes New Music Tuesday Newsletter.

Word Records is a part of Word Label Group, a division of Word Entertainment, a Warner/Curb Company. The artist roster heralds some of today's top Christian music performers and songwriters including Amy Grant, Point Of Grace, Mark Schultz, Building 429, Nicole C. Mullen, Stellar Kart and Jackson Waters. The Word Label Group leads the industry with over 50 years of music-making history.
