Slanted Records recording artist DecembeRadio left the crowd on its feet recently at the Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Corporation's (WEA's) national meeting which was held at the Carefree Resort in Carefree (Phoenix), Arizona.
The band performed a set that included their crowd-pleaser "Love Found Me" and their current radio hit, "Drifter," which jumped to #25 on the AC indicator chart this week (R&R) and climbed to #8 on the CHR chart (CRW). "Drifter" debuted this week on the AC monitored chart at #29 (R&R) and also gained spins on the R&R CHR chart. The group's new rock single, "Dangerous," which was inspired by John Eldredge's top-selling book Wild at Heart, debuted on the rock charts at #28.
"DecembeRadio's crunching guitar riffs and stellar rock vocals made for the perfect party for opening night at the WEA convention in Phoenix," described Keith Stancil, vice president, general markets/international for Word Entertainment. "They were absolutely amazing!"
The current hit "Drifter" is the 78th most downloaded inspirational song on iTunes, where the group has also been featured as a Discovery Download.
